Return and Refund Policy for Illustration By Samridhi

At @illustration_by_samriodhi, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All of our products are generally made-to-order, resulting in minimal stock as these products are made specifically for you so we do not really accept returns. All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Refund requests can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return. To request a refund, contact our customer service team at illustration.by.samridhi@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details explaining the reason for the refund request.

Please allow 10-15 working days for the return to be received into our warehouse, we will then email you to notify you whether your return has been accepted and process your refund to your original payment method. Once you've received an email confirming your refund, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to appear back into your account. 

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund. This includes our digital products or services.

FAULTY GOODS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require photos of the damaged item. If your item is faulty when you receive it, please contact our, contact our customer service team at illustration.by.samridhi@gmail.com. 

Please do not return any faulty goods unless advised by a member of our customer service team, as it may result in a slower resolution time.

SHIPPING POLICY

We produce your pieces on demand (especially for you). Once created and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners.We are currently shipping all over India and we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this - we work around the clock to try and get you your products as soon as possible.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

• Production takes 3-4 full business days before dispatch
• Arrives in 4-6 business days after dispatch
•  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.
• Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
